New club comes to Dublin

Dublin's newest club, 'The Wright Venue', is opening this week and luckily I got a sneak preview of the whole club.

The Wright Venue or The Venue as some people might call it will open its doors this Friday the 10th July. This is going to be the biggest club in Ireland at 38 thousand sqft and a capacity of 2,000. Comprising of four floors of theatrical luxury, this 38 million euro development promises to be THE place to go to for discerning party goers and socialites in search of the ultimate experience.

The Venue is split up into different sections. You have the main club with two big bars and plenty of seating plus stripper poles that at first glance look like they have lamp shades on them.ha.

There are four personal party spaces (suits) which are named and inspired by big cites like New York, Miami, Las Vegas and L.A. They all look over the dance floor with huge glass panels. Included in this suits are fully stocked fridges, plasma TV, game consoles, karaoke, satellite feed and Wi-Fi. These can hold up to 15 people and can be easily rented.

The penthouse which is situated on the top floor has a fantastic roof garden where in the summer month will be flooded with glorous sun shine. Mainly the penthouse will be for the celebraties that visit and want a nice quite relaxing area.

The Wright Venue is not just a night club. It is an entertainment venue for band and other artists. In the coming months there will be bands like 'the script' playing and there is even rumours of Lady Gaga performing.'What a night that will be'

For more information on the club please feel free to ask me any questions.

At the start its only going to open Friday and Saturday nights. It would be a club for students. Its a club for over 21's.

But the club has a stage and it is planned for band and singers to perform there.

This is for the person who thinks its a rip of paying 15euro in. All i can say 15euro isnt to bad and for that price paying into a top club is a bargin.

Just wait till you experience the place. You will want to go back every weekend and then soon the entrance chagre wont feel so bad.

Well of course there will be taxis available outside the club after. But there's talk of getting a party bus that would leave from town and bring party goers direct to the club. Which I think is a great idea. But it was also timed. So a journey in a taxi from to should only take just over 11mins.

The club will be over 21's. Its a club more for older mature people. So the dress code will prob be shirt and shoes.

  23. Answer:

Well for celebs and bands playing in d club tickets will be available on the door at the club. These tickets could range from 15euro to 25euro.

Celebs that might be appearing and playing are:

    - Lady GaGa

    - Pixie Lott

    - The Pussycat dolls

    - The Script

Also there will be able to have comedy acts.

  24. Shirt and shoes bollox man were not in the 90s 15 is very expensive who gives a shit if its a great place once ur drunk every club is the same. Take SIN in temple bar 50euro in free drink all night that woops wright venues arse 5euro is 3 drinks

it'll be busy for first month an then flop like velvet they charge loads in and were mad pickey no the dropped the price and let any knacker in guarantee this place will be the same.

And for everyone hoping lady ga ga is playin its highly unlikely because she is performing at T in the park on sat morning so unless all the 15euro entrance fees are going towards flying her over to dublin then to scotland on sat and back to dublin on sunday for oxegen i doubt she'll be there more like fran hickey or ray sha the usual dublin z listers

  25. Well its a club with high standards so well dressed is a must. This is going to be the new IT club for celebs. They celebs well have vip rooms but the main dance floor is for every one.

They might drop the price a little as its no where near any where else and taxis are needed. But give it a few weeks or to so the club can find its feet.
